Annual Reviews

Members must complete an annual review each year to stay in the Healthy Connections Medicaid program. However, Medicaid has special rules during the COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE). During this time, we have kept Medicaid coverage for all members. This is true even if there are changes to their eligibility. This means all Healthy Connections Medicaid members will keep their health coverage during this emergency period. The federal government has not given an end date for the PHE yet so there are no changes at this time. We will tell members when we know the end date. We will then begin annual reviews. For now, members should update their mailing address and contact info to make sure they receive important info about their Medicaid.
