Home and Community-Based Services should provide you with choices.
The South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (SCDHHS) is using the Home and Community-Based Services rule to guide how we look at the experience people have receiving home and community-based services. SCDHHS will review and possibly update some waiver programs. This is going to be a process that will take some time. SCDHHS is committed to keeping you informed about this process.
