Goals
Following Proviso 33.34 (F), SCDHHS established a set of goals.
Goal 1: Maintain Optional State Supplement (OSS), increasing accessibility and create an enhanced service for eligible consumers.
Goal 2: Establish a user-friendly, cost-efficient and effective intake and eligibility process.
Goal 3: Payment reform.
Goal 4: Establish quality of care standards and other requirements for facilities licensed as a Community Residential Care Facility and participating in the OSS program and Medicaid Waiver service.
