This webinar will introduce the Healthy Outcomes Plan Environmental Scan Version 2.0, an update to the one disseminated in 2013. The Environmental Scan is provided to HOP programs as a tool to assist in health care planning, coordination and collaboration efforts aimed at improved access to care and better health outcomes for uninsured South Carolinians. The webinar will highlight Environmental Scan content, demonstrate scan interactivity and provide user guidance with helpful tips and sample applications.
